Jack F.Conflenti (1945 - 2010) attended law school at the University of Baltimore, in Baltimore, Maryland, graduating in 1974. He began Conflenti & Associates in 1980.
Deborah S. Conflenti attended law school at the University of Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, graduating in 1993. She joined Conflenti & Associates soon thereafter.
